If the patient's insurance denies a prior authorization (PA) request, XTANDI Support Solutions^a can assist the healthcare provider with an appeal for a denied PA request.

The Process

We will determine if any additional documentation is required by the patient's insurer.

We will inform the healthcare provider of what information is needed and how to provide it to the insurer.

We will track and inform the healthcare provider of the appeal status.
